It’s the kids holidays and seemingly even more difficult to stay on track with the fitness and the food. Sugary snacks are required at hourly intervals. And forget training! That hour to yourself, being worked so hard you thought you would never return, now seems as needed as a weekend at a spa but in reality is just a distant memory.
All hail the school run, weekday routine & meal times at meal times.
Being a single mummy with a business to run holidays are particularly challenging. If I was super organised and enjoyed spending my little free time I have in the kitchen meal prepping rather than flaking on the sofa watching re-runs of build a new life in the country, I would be smashing this eating malarkey and obviously be a brighter better shinier version of myself.
However I quite like switching off to a bit of mind numbing TV.
So there we have it the choice is ours for the taking isnt’ it?
